station proximity helpful staff spacious room
The central station proximity was REALLY useful. It was only a short walk. The staff was very helpful. They provided information and directions whenever asked. The room I stayed in had ample space and also presented lovely views.
The elevator button on my floor SOMETIMES didn't work.

thin walls loud street noise
The room I got was smaller than I anticipated. I could hear noises from adjacent rooms , including coughs , and the TV was audible. My attempt to turn on the air conditioner for fresh air failed . The front desk informed me it was disabled. The room also suffered from noise because of an outdoor concert that went past its scheduled end time.

Excellent stay near Grand Place
central station local restaurants
The location proved really good. It was a short walk to the central train station (very convenient) and also to the main square. The staff were very helpful with directions and recommendations for local restaurants.

the location was quite central, near attractions. that aspect met my expectations.
my room felt small. i seemed like the television didn't have many channels. breakfast also felt limited in options.

Excellent Central Hotel
central location grand place easy storage
the location was excellent near the central station. i appreciated its proximity to the grand place and many shops. i stored my suitcases easily upon early arrival.
